We offer FREE shipping on all orders within Greece. All domestic orders will be fullfilled by ACS.
All international & worldwide orders will be fullfilled by UPS.

TRACKING YOUR DELIVERY
A tracking link directing you to the shipper's portal will be sent to you via email once your order has shipped.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
Most items take 1-3 bussiness days before shipping, pending availability and credit verification.
Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 5-7 bussiness days of its ship date.
In case you need your item sooner, please contact us to ensure a faster delivery method.
Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible.
Orders are processed and shipped Monday - Friday only. No orders are shipped on the weekends or national holidays.
DUTIES AND TAXES
All orders shipped outside of the EU will be subject to Duties and Taxes upon receipt.
Please note that these are non-refundable through CŌYA. For more information please contact your local customs office.
If for any reason, your package has been refused at customs, we are unable to refund you the original shipping costs and/or any Duties and Taxes incurred.
