COYA 14-Day Return Policy

 

At COYA, we strive to provide high-quality products and exceptional service. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase,

you may return your orderwithin 14 days of receiving the item, subject to the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility for Returns

 

1.1. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition – unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
1.2. Sale items are not eligible for return or refund.

By purchasing a sale item, you acknowledge that the sale is final.

2. Return Shipping

 

2.1. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
2.2. If returning under the EU right of withdrawal,

your original standard shipping fee will be refunded (excluding any express shipping upgrades).
2.3. Please use a tracked and reliable shipping method to ensure your item arrives safely.

COYA is not responsible for international shipments lost in transit.
2.4. Returns must be sent within 14 days of receiving your order.

Late returns will not be accepted.

3. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers Only)

 

3.1. Under EU law, customers have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the item.
3.2. To exercise this right, email us at hello@coya-official.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
3.3. If your return meets the withdrawal criteria, you will receive a full refund, including standard shipping costs (if applicable)

within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.
3.4. The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

4. Inspection and Approval

 

4.1. Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
4.2. We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your return.
4.3. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the item.

5. Refunds

 

5.1. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
5.2. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. The timeline may vary depending on your financial institution.
5.3. If you have not received your refund after this period,

please check with your bank or card provider before contacting us at hello@coya-official.com.

6. Exchanges

 

6.1. We accept size exchanges for the same product, depending on availability.
6.2. At this time, international exchanges are not available. However, if you would like to exchange an item from outside Greece,

we recommend returning the item and placing a new order to ensure you receive your preferred size or style as quickly as possible.

7. Gift Returns

 

7.1. If the item was marked as a gift at checkout and shipped directly to you,

you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
7.2. If the item was not marked as a gift, or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be processed to the original purchaser.

8. Cancelling an Order

 

8.1. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at hello@coya-official.com as soon as possible.

If your order has not yet been packed or shipped, we can cancel and refund the full amount.
8.2. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to initiate a return after receiving it.

9. Changes to the Returns Policy

Any changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on our website.
